Media Planning & Buying
The Media Planner/Buyer will be responsible for planning, negotiating, buying, analyzing, tracking, and reporting for multiple channels, including print, radio, cable tv and outdoor. Excellent communication, organizational skills and strong Excel and computer skills are required. Tasks include:
- build and maintain strong relationships with advertising sales reps to negotiate advantageous pricing
- develop insertion orders and obtain appropriate sign offs
- prepare media plans and keep updated throughout year
- monitor the POPs to ensure accuracy of ad deliverables and match to invoicing
The PR professional will be a strong writer and have a talent for finding media and outreach opportunities that support client objectives. An ability to manage relationships with local editors and experience with online distribution software is a must. Experience with Excel and maintaining custom databases is essential. Must enjoy organizing events, sponsorships and speaking engagements and be able to develop content for promotion.
The Product & Traffic Specialist is responsible for coordinating the scheduling, processing and routing of all online and print creative projects and serve as a liaison between departments to coordinate efficient and timely creative project processing. Must be able to handle scheduling, delivery/uploading and archiving of creative files. The experienced specialist will have strong knowledge of brand and creative processes and digital best practices. Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Creative Suite/Creative Cloud Suite with an emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat and knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS and HTML 5.
Our web developer(s) lead the development of high-quality dynamic websites and internal/external web applications. The ideal candidate has strong software development background and experience with all aspects of web design, web production, and content management. We appreciate high performing team players who take initiative, are problem solvers and think both strategically and functionally.
